Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was overall delightful. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean with superb bathroom facilities, although there were some late-night noise disturbances from neighboring guests and the bar downstairs. The location facing the river was ideal for an F1 weekend, offering a quiet sleep despite the nearby train track. The service was amazing, with super friendly and helpful staff, especially Tom who went the extra mile in showing us different room types for future stays. The hotel's central location in old Montreal made it convenient for exploring the area's attractions and dining options. The dining experience was diverse, with a long list of specialties and the option to enjoy Colombian coffee. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall positive experience.
The hotel had a charming and clean ambiance with a great location for exploring Montreal. The service was exceptional, although the dining options were a bit disappointing. Overall, a good value for the money.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure! The room was perfect in terms of comfort, views, coziness, and all our needs were taken care of. Our River Front Premier Room exceeded all expectations with its king bed, electric fireplace, spa shower, deep soaking tub, and a magnificent elevated view across the Old Port river front. The stay was very comfortable and the room exceptionally clean, making it a top choice for accommodation.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and well-appointed, but the lack of natural light was a downside. The service was friendly and accommodating, although the dining service was slow at times. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a peaceful retreat, but the tourist crowds were noticeable. The dining options were delicious, but service could be slow. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor hiccups.
I had a great stay at the hotel, located in a prime sightseeing area with quick access to many gems. The rooms were pretty spacious, though the lack of sheer curtains made the light a bit harsh. The service was top-notch, with efficient and friendly staff. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the breakfasts. The hotel's location was ideal, facing the quai-side promenade and offering stunning views. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay enjoyable.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location in the Old Quarter of Montreal was perfect for exploring the city on foot, but the room had some drawbacks like being too hot and noisy, especially on weekends. The service was outstanding, and the dining experience was top-notch, although there were some issues with noise insulation and temperature control in the room.
I stayed at this hotel located in a very touristy area, which had its ups and downs. The rooms were exceptionally clean but lacked space, were loud due to the low floor, and had bright streetlights shining in all night. The service was top-notch, with helpful suggestions and a warm welcome. The location was perfect for exploring the old port but also offered a calm retreat. The dining experience was decent, and the facilities were convenient.
The hotel's location is ideal, right at the center of the Vieux Port facing the quai-side promenade, with a view of Cirque de Soleil and the Grande Roue. The rooms were quite lovely and unique, with wood and brick elements, accessible without using stairs, but lacking a view over the water, which was a little disappointing. The service was excellent, efficient, and helpful. The dining experience in the lobby, named 'Breakfast,' was generous and good, with a cozy ambiance of stone, wood, and brick.
I couldn't have asked for a better location! The hotel is right in the heart of the old port, offering quick access to numerous sightseeing gems like the Notre Dame cathedral. The calm and quiet ambiance within the hotel added to the charm of my stay. Although the room was warm, comfy, and spotless, I must say the huge bathtub and shower were a real treat. However, while the price was reasonable, I did notice a slight lack of amenities for the value.
