The staff provided friendly service. The concierge offered helpful advice regarding restaurants and attractions near the hotel. Thierry, the valet, was very friendly and helpful, valeting my car quickly. The hotel is in a great location.
The elevator was occasionally unreliable so I used the stairs.

The hotel is right downtown, a convenient location. It is easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and cathedrals. Many attractions are easily accessible. I walked with my suitcase across the street to the cruise terminal.

The lobby offered many cozy spots to sit. I found this especially nice. my room had a lovely view overlooking the river. i definitely recommend this charming hotel, it was a wonderful experience.
the elevator was quite small and slow. it was sometimes shared with staff and their carts.
